Registration with Scorty is very simple and takes only a few minutes:

  1. Click on Register Create an account
  2. Fill out the registration form
  3. Confirm your email address via the link we send you
  4. After email confirmation, you can start immediately!

Email verification is important for your security and the security of all members.

Passport verification is required for legal reasons:

  • We must ensure that all members have reached the legal minimum age
  • Prevents abuse and protects all customers

Your documents are stored securely and encrypted and are never shared with third parties.

The health check is an important security aspect for all members:

  • You need a current health check
  • The test is valid for 2 months
  • After expiration, you must upload a new test
  • Test and test date must be clearly recognizable

Regular health checks are optional and marked extra in the profile.

If you want to delete your profile, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to your profile settings
  2. Scroll all the way down
  3. Click on "Delete Profile"
  4. Confirm your decision

⚠️ Important: Deleting your profile is irreversible. All your data will be permanently removed.

Cancellation of your subscription is done through Stripe:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Subscription Management"
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  4. You will be redirected to Stripe
  5. Log in there with your email address
  6. Cancel your subscription directly with Stripe

Your subscription continues until the end of the paid period, even after cancellation.

Yes, all changes are possible through your Stripe account:

  • Change your billing address in your Stripe profile
  • Add new cards or remove old ones
  • Log in with your email address at Stripe

All changes are immediately applied to your Scorty account.
